You are So Small on the Hospital Bed, 2024
a performance about grief for trans children, the school system, childhood, and community. each participant was given an apple juice box with three questions on the sides. we discussed these questions with each other as we walked to an elementary school, where I gave a speech, then led a discussion where we used markers and community to work through our emotions. 8 letters, 8 apple juice boxes, 24 questions. 1 walk, 1 speech, and an ongoing conversation.
